When you contact us through WhatsApp or phone, we use the information you choose to share to respond to your enquiry. Local planning tools keep your answers in the current tab and do not save private documents or financial information in browser storage.
Connected services
WhatsApp and official Canadian websites have their own privacy practices. When enabled, AI conversations are processed by OpenAI and our backend to answer your question. Chat records are retained for up to 30 days. Do not share credentials, passport details or private documents in public chat.
